Lead and oversee key operational or functional teams at Contaque. Drive performance, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth strategy.
Support senior management in driving day-to-day operations, team coordination, and client servicing. A strong stepping stone for aspiring leaders.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments. Build relationships, present solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, conduct demos, and craft solution recommendations that win business.
Own client relationships post-sale. Ensure clients are getting maximum value from Contaque solutions, manage escalations, and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
Monitor, assess, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and data security requirements across Contaque’s products and operations.
Manage day-to-day accounting functions including invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely records.
Oversee operational workflows, team performance, and process efficiency across Contaque’s delivery and support functions. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
